Terms of service

Development draft. Final service terms require the agency’s identity, support commitments, refund policy, and legal review before commercial launch.

Managed implementation

Implementation and launch is priced at $2,500 once. The scope includes business analysis, call-flow design, configuration, agreed integrations, testing, deployment, and initial optimization. An agent is not represented as active until the agency completes deployment.

Prepaid voice credits

Voice credits never expire. Credit packs are available to onboarded clients through their authenticated portal. Usage is deducted in seconds for completed AI calls, with an auditable transaction record. Purchases add credit only after successful payment is confirmed.

Automatic recharge

Clients may choose a credit threshold and package when a saved payment method is configured. Clients can disable this setting. Payment failures require attention; a recharge is not treated as completed until confirmed by the payment provider.

Opportunity reporting

Potential opportunity values are estimates. They do not represent earned revenue. Actual revenue is shown only when explicitly confirmed as won or provided by a configured CRM integration.

Call handling and account responsibilities

Clients provide accurate service information, business hours, transfer destinations, and escalation rules. Calls with safety or emergency concerns need a defined human escalation path. Active calls are allowed to complete when prepaid credit reaches zero; future calls follow the configured fallback.

Demonstration environment

Sample calls, results, and transactions are labeled as demonstration data. No customer outcomes, connected integration, scheduled meeting, or live phone service should be inferred from these examples.
